Regretfully I am listing one of my prized saws. We already had to put our honeymoon off for a year and I really need some extra cash. Something has to go.
This saw has original mahle cylinder and a new meteor piston. It has a brand new oem tank assembly, outside spike, plug and Air filter (which are nla). New clutch shoes, drum, sprocket, bearing and chain catcher. Comes with a complete second brake/clutch cover and a new cover (see pics). Also have a bunch of random hardware that comes with. Comes with nice 20" 3/8 dolmar branded bar and like new Oregon chisel chain. Asking 375 shipped to start with.

All new parts were from member 166. I will also include oem piston which is salvageable but needs new rings. Thisbsaw runs great and is quite nasty actually. Shes got some guts for sure. I didnt find it too heavy and it handles well. If someone is within driving distance I would be willing to meet halfway too. Please ask questions or make offers.

nnero I won't sleep if I dont ask.. da stoopid question..

see, I bought a 120si about a month ago, brake spring worn through, no spike but otherwise good as far as I can tell.

What is it with these saws. I haven't felt this way since I was seventeen. I bought a silver 112 yesterday online for £111 driving up country to collect asap. wish me luck, its waay too cheap. anyway. So. You'll know what I've been through with this brake band, even getting my bleating emails translated into german. whaat.
I don't suppose you still have a brake spring in hand, or one that you could spare for the right price?

My spare one is gone as are the extra bits I had. As posted above I would try to source a new one. You may have better parts access in Europe or outside of US. I still miss this saw. It was a great runner, sounded mean and I loved the injection carb. Good luck and share your experiences with all of us!
