Here is a saw I just received the other day. My new Holy grail saw as it is the only one I
have ever seen or heard of. I don't know if any other collectors have one. Super rare saw.
Thought it deserved to be in open forum as well as the Remington sticky.

Not a runner yet Buddy, It has great compression so i'm guessing a good cleaning of the points,
fuel system and carb kit and it will run.

Lee's got a 72" bar and chain for it and he's gonna start falling timber as soon as it's running.

It's cool for sure... looks heavy. I'd bet a little rubbing compound would brighten that top cover up.

Full restore on this one or leave it as is??

It looks long from the top handle back to the trigger. Can you take a pic with a 125 next to it?

Here you go, Remember this is a gear drive saw. The SP125 is 18 from rear handle to tip of bar cover
not counting felling dog, The Remington direct drive is 19 and the gear drive is 21-1/4

I have the IPL for that.

And, the others on the list.

Not that there is a boatload of parts out there.

That's weird Carl. Wonder why the 990 is missing.

Any chance I can get copys of ipl's for both 880'S

That’s an awesome find on the rare saw Lee. It’d be a hard decision whether to run it or park it, but I’d do a full restoration on it, and make it a shelf queen.
