Pretty sure an 88 boot will work but is there a larger bore carb that's is a direct swap?

That would appear to be a tillotson ht from a 084/088.

You generally see that on a saw that is built to do what is called cold start racing. Saw is not running sitting on the ground, and at the proper cadence you have to start saw and cut. The extended starter rope makes accessing the handle quicker.

I've been lookin at fitting an 880 carb on a 66. It would probably be easier with an intake block I think. Have you done it with the 880 boot?

my 660 pipe saw has a 088 boot and carb. takes a bit of effort to make it fit the tank
