I think I might be entering my next phase in chainsaws: old Pioneers. I got myself a p41 that I’m fully rebuilding at the moment and I’m amazed with these old reed-ported, rubber AV saws.

Anyone have any other old Pioneer projects that they’d be willing to part with? I’m talking p45, p50-52, p60-62 and the corresponding Poulans. I am jonesing for the western setups, with full wrap, rear exit muffler, and k&n filters.

I was looking at some Pioneer 600 and 620s on eBay a while ago, they look cool and have glass bowls for the fuel. I am guessing these are older Pioneer's than what you are looking for.

Yeah, I’m looking at the later model pioneers or subsequent Poulans like the p45, pp455 on up to the p62 or pp655

I have a couple of those that I need to get to. Beautiful machines.
