Partner 1616 value?

I've never heard of partner. I came across this in an Agri store and was gonna make an offer. They said it doesn't stay running. What can you tell me about them?

I've had one of those before but it was a different brand. I believe Partner buys them from another company and re-brands them. I wouldn't think it would be a very expensive item. It probably doesn't stay running because it needs fuel lines and a carb rebuild plus a good cleaning.

I looked it up, those saws were made by the Skil corporation and not bad saws but not rare and not very valuable around here. If it were me I'd make an offer below 20 dollars and see what he says.
