I need a cs 400 cover with the chain brake parts but mine has a standard bar adjustment. If this would easily convert i would take it.

I'll have to look at the diagram...I believe you have to knock out the one bar stud and put a shorter, non-threaded stud in it's place....

Stud is not threaded? I would need to empty the oil tank and punch it out with punch from behind ? If that is all there is to it and it has the chain break parts I will take it.

Crap, I never looked at the diagrams to see....

I think all you got to do is knock the stud out and replace it with a short one that echo offers.

The cover is complete and it works no problem. Customer had bought it You thinking it would solve the fact that he kept throwing chains.

Well that didn't fix anything...
