just learned about make your own o-rings.
I want o-ring cord to do small 4-stroke carb bowl orings.
(a) what material are they typically that come from the factory, or when you buy a carb kit?
(b) do i need to get viton? the chemical resistance chart (link) shows nitirile is a poor choice (30% seal swell)
(c) where's a good place to get o-ring cord from? And do you know what cord thickness is typical for small engine carbs... 1mm or 2mm? I don't have one on hand at the moment to measure.
