Muffler Modding a trimmer

I personally modded the muffler on my Echo 2620. I simply cut the internal deflector piece out and gutted the catalytic converter. I want to know if anyone else has modded the muffler on their trimmer or blower.

Not yet mate, but i have a Husky 125BV and an Echo srm3155 that are in the queue.

Fly swatter mod? Done! (parallel/bleeder resistor by the capacitor deleted)

Now if only the toaster had a wider heating element, that bread slot would be a candidate for porting.
Have to load the bread sideways and swap ends midway though the job.
Western world problems, eh?

I ported my Husky 128LD trimmer. Problem is not you have to run it part throttle till you really get into nasty stuff.

I had a muff modded blower. With it being hard against the rev limiter all the time it would build up a lot of electrical potential that would shock you randomly. Eventually it scored the piston.
