I’m hacking together a 261 from my parts pile. It’s the first gen with standard carb. I have an ugly mtronic cover and a nice 271 cover. I plan on plugging the decomp to clear the 271 cover. Question is what is the trick to getting the screws out? I need to put the mtronic cover screws in the 271 cover.
