Only saw I have found that is to be bought from within the EU so far Wilhelm is the G255.....a version of the Stihl 025/ ms 250, as per picture. The US market is better served with prices and information so far .Any pricing on the 72cc unit?
I can get new 52cc China clones for 60-70$, but I know they are gutless and as such I am not interested.
Personally , Im looking at this group of saws in a different way to the very poor , cheep, AM saws that have gone before. These seem to be more of a "re manufacture " of proven and decent designs that have just been discontinued. They still have to pan out as a properly made, approved and functioning product yet , but I am interested in understanding what is going on with Holzfforma /Huztl-Farmatech in general.I recall a time not too distant that everyone seemed to condemn the AM saws. Now there seems to be a lot of interest in them despite their lack of quality control.
I am being bombarded with for sale ads of this saw and identical units called Steel MS440 in a Stihl color scheme.Only saw I have found that is to be bought from within the EU so far Wilhelm is the G255.....a version of the Stihl 025/ ms 250, as per picture. As said, the ad states some 65$.
I know who has one, I might be able to borrow it to make a video.
I have used it and it feels underwhelming, but it works surprisingly well and reliable.
My mistake, sorry.Wilhelm .Thats not the same saw or from the Holzfforma group I have posted about. Thats the generic design saw we see cheep on many a ebay add.
This is not something Iv followed for long ether Wilhelm. It "looks " that they are far better and made by the same company that produce Hutzl -Farmertech parts . Holtfforma Blue Thunder is the ready assembled saw division and the saws seem to be a "Re Make " of the saw there based on rather than what we are used to seeing before. There is some good vid of the G660 (Based on the Stihl Ms 660 ).My mistake, sorry.
I don't really follow the cheap saw market.
So, the Holzfforma units are better quality than the generic Chinese clones?
Case, crank, cylinder, piston, handlebar, fuel tank, throttle, carburetor, muffler, clutch, flywheel, and coilWhat OEM parts does the 200t need?
Ohh, so the oil pump and intake boot are ok to use?.. lolCase, crank, cylinder, piston, handlebar, fuel tank, throttle, carburetor, muffler, clutch, flywheel, and coil
Boots are no bueno,... OEM only on boots/rubber bits, bearings and clips for sure..Ohh, so the oil pump and intake boot are ok to use?.. lol
Why? because it's a 200t or because it's poorly made? Was more of a *b-word to put this model together than all the other huztl kit saws
I can answer that question the long block is good but all the other parts to make it as a running saw suck other than the fuel tank that's ok to.Why? because it's a 200t or because it's poorly made?
