No trades on the gen 2 standard carb 261 for sale.

Willing to trade the husky for a gen 2 standard carb 261.

Help.
…that’s kinda the way I translated it too. Maybe he left out he’ll trade the 51 and some loot for a Gen 2 carb 261. At least his thread is staying on top with the cornfuzion.

The 461 and 261 are too nice for what I do and sit more than get used. If I can turn them into $$, great. If I have to keep them, fine also.

I've been impressed by a muff modded V1 261. Since the V2 is lighter with more power I should be able to get by with one and have a much cheaper saw.

I like em too. Curios the price new?
I bought one about that same time.
Still have it but not the receipt.
Lots of inflation between now and then.

The invoice has $409.95 but looks like he got it for $339.95. The 409 may have been msrp and they cut him a break. The purchase was in Columbus OH, Oct 1993.
