Welp.........I did a little trading for this ole girl. And, of course I sold it to one of our members here on OPE Forum.

Thankfully, the person wanted it ported with the extra special sauce. If not, I would have shipped it as it was.

Instead.......it gets a full rebuild. Why? Because it was not as I advertised it.

The good news........the bearings are just fine. The bad news.......the case is *f-worded.

Someone put too long a bolt into the handlebar.....patched it with epoxy. I could live with that.....fixed them myself that way.



But the other case half has the bearing pocket beat out of it.

Also.......it had a mangled up intake boot.......with no metal ring. And.......it was wearing a Waldor carb. lol

Needless to say........my ass is hurting on this deal.

I have managed to find everything I need JJ. I thought this would make a good rebuild thread.......but it's just gonna be a swap bottom ends and port a jug thread now. lol
