In need of a muffler for a Mac 125. Believe the part number is 68240. Current one I have has a crack near the flange. Let me know if you happen to have one!

Pic of crack? I am pretty good with a mig, sure others are better with a tig but happy to help if I can.
Morning Dustin, it’s actually at the shop of one of the fine builders on OPE. Will try to repair it but figured I would see if there were any NOS or used ones available. Appreciate the offer!!

There were a couple different ones. The cp had the cart style hockey puck style muffler and sp had a different one with the muffler cover over it.

Which block are you using? SP, CP, or kart? The muffler in those pictures fits the CP and kart blocks but not the SP blocks. The SP uses its own proprietary muffler.
I forgot to tag you but you found your way here anyways.

Looks like a 250, 300, 550, 660, 1-4x, 1-5x, etc muffler.
Are they all much different?

Not 100% sure Bill.

Edited title to cylinder as Jim found some more issues along the way.

That's the directional muffler. Fits most large Mac's that use the 10-24 screws.
As Jacob stated, It will not fit the SP125's
