We took an old heavy duty full channel boat trailer and converted it to a log arch. Hopefully tomorrow will be it’s trial run behind my King Quad. I will try to get vids of its trial run and post a link. The ornery guy in the pick is my buddy that donated the trailer and did the welding.

He just looks that way. One of the friendliest guys I know. He was a tremendous help. Without him there would be no log arch.
Just joking on that post. Awesome to have friends that can weld and fab etc. look forward to the vid of it in operation.

I think the best thing I did was take the tires and wheels to a farm/ag tire dealer and have them foam filled. No flats with a big log hanging on it. Kinda pricey but when I thought of the aggravation with a flat I caved in and spent the money.

I've seen tires filled with closed cell spray foam... a complete mess. You did right.

Myself was planning on F class truck tires. As of now all our plans are fading with the financial hit coming soon. Back to survival mode and getting all our wood ready for burning and building.

Nice job on the new tool!

Someone posted a video a while back about an ATV Log carrying setup like the one you built. It had ths small rear setup for the back end. Takes a load off the ATV.
