Looking for a momentary kill switch for my old jonsered 535. Would prefer a push button. Have found some on amazon that might work that are for electric guitars. Unsure if they would be durable enough for a saw. The old toggle switch broke and the replacements are crazy high priced. Have been choking it to kill.

Why wouldn’t you just put a toggle back in there a dime a dozen.

Actually a tad over about a buck a pop .I just bought 5 or 6 30 amp single pole to put on my heat gun ,it was $ 7 something .WTH I've got spares now .:)

I would try snagging a normal two pole switch from ebay and cut down the lever on the switch if you can't find a push button.

I actually bought one of these from ebay for $3 shipped. You can remove the on off plate. Looks like it would work well on a 535.
