Well that a new one for me to hear of. I reckon there is no account for the of lack of common sense. I have never thought someone would duct tape a mower on either but I actually had one push that came it tape on.

Was it Carlton .325 or 3/8?

3/8 and back out there cutting after inspecting and mended it back up for the guy.
