It's kind of hard to tell from the angle the pictures were taken from - but it looks like Dolmar 143.

So this being a flat mount on the bottom it would be a plastic tank model .. correct?

I think the 266 has a 4 hole mount on the bottom...

It's not square enough for a dolmar 143.

The screw spacing looks farther apart on the 143 full wrap .

That does look very close...but supposedly these are NOS 5200 full wraps and they have three mounting holes on the clutch side .
