I think maybe the OP is looking to pull the tag to refinish the saw and put tag back on? In this way the old rivets would have to come out?

Tap them out with a small punch and hammer from the backside.

What he said.
Tap the rivets out with a 1/16” punch from backside. You can reuse both the plate and the rivets.

Here's what they look like.

I never played with a Husky but from all my years of messin with mechanical things, I already knew what those rivets looked like.
What I didn't know was that they could be tapped out from behind.
Constantly learning ....

I originally tried removing them with pliers then grind/drill the head off. After many choice words and much frustration I then looked at the back and discovered my mistake. I also damaged the plate in the process. In my defense I'd never messed with that type of rivet before. Only pop rivets and crush type rivets (sickle knife rivets).

The best way is to punch them out from the back. Those little buggers are relatively expensive to replace. Sometimes it just takes a quick look and a little ingenuity.

You can’t get at the back side
They are more of a mail with threads
You reuse them if you don’t bugger the heads pulling them.
The last one I did was on a 266.

It depends on the model. Some you can access from the back and some you can't. On a few of the ones that aren't
readily accessible from the back but that case half was no good (usually on a smashed saw) - I've salvaged those tags
by grinding the area down in the back where the end of the rivet would be and then carefully tapping them out
with a pin punch.

the case half that has the tag is totally useable but is broken in a non structural area if i cant get it off without destroying the rivets or tag then i will but if not i just wont worry about it

I've tagged you in a 262 thread that has a close up of my saw mate. Drilled em out and pop riveted new ones in. Easy peasy.
