Pull cord slips sometimes when pulling.
Isn’t stuck, but as you can see in pictures, has been sitting.
That about all I know about this saw.

I have 6 or 7' back blade I'll sell you, you'll have to come pick it up though .
I might deliver if it was a trade deal for the right grinder .
I had a power rake(harley rake) and I should have probably kept that, but I couldn't resist the ROI on a one week turnover and let it go after doing two small projects here at the house. Only thing is you have to have a pro to run one.
