Anyone interested in almost all of a 395xp?? Has great compression and the piston and rings look good through the exhaust port. Shoot me an offer. I'm sure it would make someone a good saw. I just really dislike Husqvarna and don't have the extra parts on hand to put it together.

Missing top handle, started and I'm sure a couple other little things. I forgot to mention that the left side case is missing a small piece that asthetically would drive me nuts but doesn't hurt the function any. I'll post a close up picture of it.

Cut that spot large enough to add a second port for the muffler right there. Then it will look like it was intentional.

That's exactly what I did ...mine was broken when I got it so I made the best of it
Still have to find some.touch up paint.

Did you keep the piece that chipped out?

I didn't break the little piece out. I never had it. The saw came from a local logger. The owner of the company he logs for buys them all a brand new saw of their choice every year. So he was getting 395s for a few years. This was one that was still running and he got the new saw and put this in the shed to scalp parts off of he might have broken on the new saw.
