SOLD Husqvarna 288xp Lite + Bonus Items

FS a very very very nice condition 288xp Lite that comes with an OEM Hi-Top and K&N filter with OEM elbow. The saw is all OEM with a new OEM piston & cylinder with mild porting. Basically removed all the casting flash to smooth out the transfers. The numbers from the factory were basically perfect and seemed silly to cut the squish for more compression, just to bring the numbers back to perfect. I'm also including the 7th mount and an aftermarket elbow, aluminum v-stack, and foam 2 stage filter, with OEM dyed black lowtop. Unfortunately, the PO installed a "Magnum" sticker on the Hi-Top cover. I guess there really is no accounting for "taste".

The lite was a tiny bit lighter because it didn’t have the lower AV mount, low top, and low top filter. Also, I believe it may have had 1felling spike or a pair of smaller ones as opposed to the larger pair that came on the 288xp. Not a tremendous weight savings, but it was technically different than a standard 288xp. I’m sure other know more details, but that’s the basics. Selling my 288xp and 395xp. Not using them anymore. Save for a recent storm. Otherwise they’ve been sitting.

That is correct. It helps smooth out the vibrations on the longer bars. Now you can set it up how you like with this package. “Lite” or Hi-top, or anywhere in between.

Im sure NO one wants that ugly "High Top" cover...but if someone would like to subsidize the purchase I might hold my nose and take it... the "Low tops" are sooooo much more good.... Mine just happens to look better with the missing "high top"
