Looking at a Husqvarna 272 XP with a 28” RSN bar for sale. Seller says that while swapping the fuel filter on it earlier in the year he accidentally perforating the fuel line within the tank. Unfortunately he says Husqvarna discontinued said fuel line. ..has a replacement line for the lower section which runs into the tank but the upper section still is a issue. The saw still has great compression. Before it was running on choke just before dying. I’m certain it is a fuel issue. The bar and sprocket tip (valued at $107 new) is in good condition. New chain brake handle, new chain catch and a relatively new filter.Has a 20” bar and extra chains to go with it. Have the original manual. Asking $300.
Now reduced to $250
SHOULD I OR NOT?
