Project 254 that I don't see myself getting to in the near future. I am a Stihl guy.

Missing a few parts (clutch cover/chain brake, choke lever, smalls etc)
Chunk missing from clutch side case (in pictures)

Will run with mix sprayed in the carb

Piston and Cylinder look ok through exhaust.

Compression is 130.

Asking $100 plus shipping
