For a 2100? I see 501 51 99-01

Does a 2100 even have any 503 pts?

Ah, the front one. Late model has that #. Early one is 501 57 66-02

Can regular hose be substituted?

Yes. But needs to be something that's not affected by the heat from the muffler. Tygon won't work. I've had luck with automotive type hoses

eBay 2100 oil hose

This might be a last resort option, looks like might have two available. I am working on getting my 2100 back together, still need a couple of parts. Luckily I have already gotten the hard to find stuff.

Edit: nevermind, just saw the $42.00 shipping...uggg. might be able to work something with the "best offer" part.

Think it was some vacuum line I had lying around. I believe I used some thin wire as a tie wire.
I was in a bit of a rush to keep using it at the time so was a bit of a make do situation, but been years and done quite a bit of work since then.

I’ve used hi-temp vac line from O’Reileys for impulse line.
What about Stihl’s impulse line? They sell it in bulk…approx 3mm
Think that black Stihl line they used for
Just about everything in the past if it’s the same stuff from before. Old saws had the black hose from oil pump to bar that may be slightly different i guess but the one for impulse was the same as fuel lines on an old 041 ect.

I believe that is what mine looks like and I have two tanks with that configuration.
Old style vs newer.
Old, like mine has the 501 57 66-01 special hose assembly that just inserts into the tank. The newer models have a threaded fitting/nipple, 503 08 85-01, that the hose, 503 08 27-01, fits onto.
The other hose is just a piece of tube.

Ok, both of my tanks are the newer style with the screw in fitting. I just thought I was cool and had the older style... :D
