I just checked the 2 2100 and 480 tanks I have. All have plugs…no vent like the IPL shows :p
I would bet a generic vent and grommet would work fine.
I got some of these to try a while back…work fine on my 577 Shindaiwa.
There are several different ones on eBay. You just need a hardware store grommet.

I think I used a 5/16 od, 3/16 id so the short 1/4" fuel line i used was tight. But, you'll have to experiment. I have grommet kits but none had the deeper groove needed to fit well in the tank so, hardware store...
