Found out today my health conditions are caused by my mulitiple food allergys. Cant have any corn, sunflower, soy, peanut, walnut, chocolate, gluten, dairy egg whites, melons, bannans.
Now trying to figure out what I CAN eat!

Seriously though I hate hearing anytime someone’s health is suffering and I hope the best for you. Mine was way milder and it seemed like a disaster. I am highly allergic to tomatoes. I mean really!!? Lol.

But I bet once you get a good diet going and your health recovers pull feel so much better and probably have less issues on the job.

Nice saw and wish I hadn’t burned up my paypal money but it’ll find a good home soon

I dont have an allergy to tomatoes but they are reactive in my gut due to the acid, i have very bad GERD right now.

I e got it bad too but doesn’t sound quite as bad for sure. I take a high dose nexium, tried another one that’s supposed to be top of the line but I liked the nexium more. If I stay away from that kinda foods I end up doing fine without it for a week maybe. So there’s hope, which is what I’m trying to suggest. Not that i have it as bad as you but it’ll get better.

Hope I didn’t derail your sale...at least it’s staying up top

The doc is putting me on sleep study now, they figure I have sleep apnia. WTF falling apart and im only 38......but its sure been a fun run so far!! Gotta stay positive right?

My wife is always telling me I’m falling apart and I’m only 33. And yes it’s kinda symptom. Kinda falls under hyper focus amongst other things lol. Besides allergies I am proud of my ADHD. I told me wife I PRT everyone else because they seem dull [emoji23]...kidding of course. Sometimes it’s fun to relive the same thing over because i forget stuff pretty quick and others it’s annoying. Kinda one of those things you learn to live with and once you understand it you make it work for you.

My wife wants me to take one of those studies as well but I’m tired of feeling like a lab rat [emoji23]

I use my 435 for the same stuff.

It takes time to figure out. Been there still doing that. Had to give up many many foods. P&J was cool till I figured out the p was no good. Switched to cashew butter. Plus, apple butter goes good with it.

You'll be fine.... worse thing to have that never go away as you already know.

Write it down.

There is always more and different food to try. Get off the GMOs first and all the nasty chemically sprayed foods. It took me three years to be able to eat a peice of cheese again. You'll get there so suck it up and change your diet! So much to pick from.
