Husky 440e

Asking for a friend.
Husky 440e.
Bar and chain was replaced with new oem because the chain would fly off the bar.
Two or three tankfuls later, new bar and chain doing the same thing.
I looked at the chain and the points on the drivers are noticeably worn. Some of them have the tip pf the driver worn down.
Suggestions?

Correction:
It is the old bar, he only replaced the chain.

Most likely the bar rails and/or drive sprocket are very worn.

or wrong chain maybe too big and wont get tight
