I’ve got a nice 262XP with a mofo cylinder on it. I got it from @Mattyo a couple years ago. Don’t use it all that much. Hate to see it sit. It’s a salty little booger and being non-decomp she’s fun to start! Lol. I have a B&C that can go with it if needed. I’m thinking $350 PHO F&F plus shipping. B&C for another $50 plus the ride if you want it.

What carb does it have? I’ve got 2 MOFO 262s and can’t imagine letting them go except to my boys lol.

This saw was raffle prize that went to @Boozer a few years back.

Dan @paragonbuilder didnt have a lathe at the time, so I cut the base and squish.

It was a very good runner. Someone got a killer deal. I believe the entire saw was redone inc new bearings. It did have an 87 carb and IIRC a K$ non decomp jug.

I now recall Marcelo (Boozer) asking for a sticker from me because he wanted anyone that helped on the build to be mentioned on the saw.

That matches what Matt said. A fella he knew had it and got to the point it was too hard for him to start with no decomp so I traded another saw for it.
Yes Marcello needed something with a decomp and less compression. Regardless it was a good runner, I ran it before.

Yup yup and yup :)

Those are my marks ontop of the head.

Iirc dan did a fine job putting this saw together and porting it. Something silly happened to the bottom end though so I rebuilt it. Should be solid now...enjoy Joe!

Awesome Matt! The 262xp has been on my bucket list for a while so I'm looking forward to running it!
