How open is Upstate NY, Vermont & New Hampshire?

Not very open right now in Upstate NY.....still in "phase II" up here for getting back to normal....

They've pretty much cancelled any events up this way....NYS Fair is now closed from what I've heard, Woodsmans Field days are cancelled....

Things are getting better, most state parks are open etc.

It’s complicated but as they say. They keep turning the spigot open. Things are getting easier. Mask is required still.

Outside dining as of now, I think phase 3 is supposed to start Friday/Saturday upstate and I believe that opens up inside dining again...

Phase 3 starts today I was told. It's starting to get back towards "normal."

Well we ended up just spending a full day between Watkins Glen State Park and Taughannock Falls State Park. Both parks were amazing and I’d highly recommend anyone to check them out!
