Crib the area and hope. How rotten are those girls?

Not rotten I don’t think/hope not. If they were I wouldn’t be worried about breaking them. Well other than the ginormic mess they’d make.

I have the deuce with the winch but the location is a pretty long ways from civilization, farther than I want to drive it, or than would be worth it for a boom truck.

I’ll probably just cushion n drop.

I figure low stump...anything else for the cut?

Funny stuff. I'm liking the piles of tires idea...readily available and easy to move / clean up afterwards.

Of course smashing a car would be more photo worthy, epic, and would make you an OPE legend!
smack in the middle of a trailer...twice...isn't good enough?!:D

Know any of the local tree services in that area? Drop a couple loads of chips in your lay. But I’m with @Skeans1 once you start seeing the bark buckling and peeling on Ponderosas your window for sound wood is getting small
