SELLING Homelite XL-800

Hello all. I have a used XL-800 I would like to sell for parts or repair. I bought this last spring intending to clean it up and use it as a firewood saw. However I am having to sell off some of my saws for financial reasons so this one is also having to go. It does start and run, however it sputters when revved up. Likely needs a kit in the carb and the points re-set with a new spark plug. Compression is fair but not great, looking through the exhaust you can see some carbon accumulation and staining below the rings. I haven't done a single thing to it. It's not terribly grimey but still needs a wash. You're seeing it as I found it when I picked it up last spring. Take a look at the handlebar, at some point it must have taken some damage and got a repair done. The repair job is interesting to say the least, but hey it works. I would like to get $150 for it, that doesn't include shipping. Ask questions if you got em. Thanks
