You could go to an auto body supply house and get a pretty dern close match. But I agree with Lee H...a chainsaw ain't supposed to look new! Every scratch tells a story...clean it up as best you can and be done with it!
But, if you do want 'new', the auto body supply house can use computer technology to closely match the paint on it. I would go single stage...no clear...and maybe toss in a bit of 'flattener' to cut the gloss a bit. Also, use self etching primer over bare metal.
Some auto body supplies can provide your paint in rattle cans. Most, however, just deal with paint to be shot thru conventional HVLP equipment.
