WANTED Homelite 540/8800 bucking spike and air filter cover

I am looking for a bucking spike for a Homelite 540 or 8800. I am not sure if one on a 410 will work or not. I also need an air filter cover for the same saw.

Bill,I looked at the 540 IPL & can't find a spike on it,or a part # for it.Do you have a part #? I have a truckload of Homie parts that I bought from Bob Johnson last Aug.

I don't have all of Bob's parts,he still has some that I'm trying to get,but he doesn't seem to want to part with them even though he closed his shop almost a yr.ago.
I found the spike part # - 01233 for the 8800

Bill,I went through my inventory & I don't have the spike.I checked with Leon & eBay & they don't have it either.You may want to try Buford Parrish in Ky.- 502-228-1462.
