Help with a mityvac 8510

I have the Craftsman version of the 8510 that has tubing connectors that lock on the hose nipple, what I need is a picture of the hose barb/nipple of 8510 to see if the part is the same. The little locks don't work well and I chased my tail around hunting a vacuum problem on a trimmer I rebuilt. The Craftsman has an O-ring and a grove for the lock, but the Mityvac one looks different.
