Help identifying a slant fin cylinder

Some of the size difference that I was seeing isn't what it is. The pics were distorted or my eyes are. The caliper doesn't lie. Lol
I started measuring and the differences weren't what they seemed until I got to the inside exhaust where one is 29.50mm wide while the other two are 27.80mm wide.
1.2mm is the largest difference with intake width, but the widest intake isn't matched to the widest exhaust.
