Grinding upper transfers on small bore saws

Deleting the base base gasket on the Stihl 261c’s typically takes the squish from .040 down to .020 which I’m happy with. The intake and exhaust are easy enough to to grind on to get back to stock timing numbers. Having trouble with the upper transfers as the cylinder doesn’t allow much room to get even a right angle grinder inside. Similar problem on top handle saws.
Anyone have any luck or tips on this?

The pros use dental grinding tools to get in the tight areas.

I have a fired on set up. That looks like it would mount onto it potentially. Where can a fella get a hold of one?
The foredom catalog doesn’t have anything like that it seems

Yes, they work with the Foredom motors.
