Gone Fishing, mentally

Well Fishing Fever is wearing me out, yet I just a had a minor surgery.
Kinda relegated to basically laying around like a baby sloth, eating, watching YouTube fishing video's, and ordering copious amounts of fishing gear!
BTW...
Anybody ever toss or have experience with these lures?
I've used nothing but Rooster Tails inline spinners in the past and caught a lot of hybrids/white bass, but some friends suggested I give Panther Martin, Mepps, and the H&H Spinner a shot?

Yes as a young man I spent quite a bit of time around fishing holes.
The ones in the top photo were very effective. The bottom one looks like a "beetle spin" another
lure I caught quite a few crappie on. Hope your recovery goes well.

Yes beetle spins work great. Another life you seem to not be able to go wrong with for almost every species is the classic red and white spoon.

Same experiences as others with BS...tossed beetle spin for crappie, bass, trout as well as northern pike. One of the all time most versatile lures.

Another small lure in this class is the "rooster tail". I've caught scores of fish on these.

I’ve used the Panther Martin spinners a bit with success.

All those lures are proven classics.
They have been around longer than most of us have been alive.
You will increase your catch by varying the retrieve, speed, stop and go etc.
Find out what they want, sometimes a steady retrieve works then when it doesn't try a pause.
They will nail it on the drop/stop.
