Attached photo of front wheel of my Snapper LT200 lawn tractor. Need to change the tires. Can anyone tell me how to remove the hubs? Do they have to be yanked or pried off, or is there a trick to it or aIMG_20190824_153145504.jpg special tool?

Those pry off. There should be a special washer with flats on it the cap grips to hold it on. The new style are soft plastic. Be sure to check the axle bushings while you have it off.

Soak the in real hot water to ease reinstalling them. If they have turned into hard plastic, may as well replace them, they are fairly cheap. John Deere yellow or Husqvarna black, they are all the same, just different colors.
