I have this 026 that exhibited symptoms of an seal leak.

So stripped it down intending to run it and spray carb cleaner on the crank seals.

Wasn’t necessary.

That’s torn Viton rubber and the garter spring.

Haha that’s a good one. But you never know it might still be good. I would do a vacuum test anyways.
Oh and your seal leak symptoms are probably a bad spark plug, change that too ;)
