Any experience?
This is a offset high model designed for cultivating.
What I am curios about is.
Will a Woods 59 finish mower hook up and run from the belly?

The problem i see with it is no center lift like the cub. Also a gearbox would be needed to use the mid pto.

Rebuild the cub!

It may, but it will take some engineering. The regular 1710 was a compact. What you are talking about is a 1710 offset. They have a mid mount rock shaft. Does your mower on the cub run off of the rear PTO?

Yes Cub has rear pto shaft like the Ford.
Yes Ford has rock shaft. I have one for Cub too but not needed for mower or brush hog.
The Ford does not have a pulley on pto, that might be challenging to get proper shaft diam AND rpm speed (size).

Short of finding someone that's been there, I may have to just line it all up and go for it. RPM Woods VS Ford pto.

Be easier to run the Woods off the back instead of belly, but I'd rather not.
Looks like I'm getting this Ford and possibly another "bundle deal".
And, keeping the Cub for lighter duty in it's golden years.
