I have a nice 600p that was diagnosed as having an air leak. Top end is still good. I was a go between that got stuck with a saw when the guy that I bought it for decided that they didn’t want it. I’m $175 into it. If there’s any interest I’ll post pictures. If not stay tuned for a part out.

I wonder where the air leak is?

What are the symptoms?

All I know is it wasn’t running right and the dealer diagnosed it as failing a vac/ pressure test and a scored cylinder. I don’t see the scoring they referred to. At $85 an hour plus parts it wasn’t fixed. I haven’t messed with it.

What parts do you need? It looks like that’s what’s going to happen to the saw.

Never hurts to have a spare clutch cover and recoil cover for those “Oh Chit” moments.

There’s someone on the other site that needs the tank and case. If I get enough spoken for I’ll part it. Give me a day or two to see what shakes out.
