LOL.....actually the only thing on this series of saws I've noticed to be a little bit uncomfortable is the screw that holds the rear handle trigger cover, it sticks up just high enough to feel kinda sharp without gloves on, may grind it on a bit of an angle and see if that helps or find a button head screw that fits, otherwise I really like these saws....watch that plastic i heard you can get hurt on it..........came from a reliable source too.
Pretty sure it's a rebadged Echo.I'm not well versed with Shindaiwa, what model/cc is that saw? That 620 looks like a very nice saw.
I've yet to run/own a Japanese built saw. A ported Echo 590-620 is on my list to own one day.
