Dolmar 5100 - throttle linkage routing

Guys, I had a 5100 basket case given to me and I think I about have it all figure out. However, the last puzzling piece that the IPL doesn't make clear is where the throttle cable routes. Can anyone with a 5100 confirm the cable comes up through the hole shown?
