Dolmar 421 Piston

Who has high quality Dolmar 421 / Makita 4300 pistons?

I came across a saw in need of a piston. New OEM $60+ and lists at 42mm. Has anyone used an alternative like a 345 or 346xp piston?

Do you have experience with the quality of any of these listed? I notice one is from Latvia. Do you know where that one is manufactured?

Sorry, I don't own a PS-420/421 as such I can not comment on AM piston quality.

It says AIP in the picture and description of the Latvian seller, it's apparently India made.

P.S.: Don't overthink it, it's just a piston kit.

I have a "White Box" no name AM piston kit in my PS-6400, although with a Caber piston ring - no issues!
