Difference between husky 323/ 325 l trimmers

What would the determining factor telling the two apart with out pulling the bottom end apart to see weather it has crank stuffers or not? From what I remember the 325l had them an the 323 did not? Correct me if I’m wrong guys . All I see written on the cylinder is Mahle . We’re talking the 2000 year older model 325l & ls trimmers

IPL doesn't have any real differences. Both have stuffers, top and bottom shields, solid shafts, same gearbox, same crankcase, same crankshaft. Same P/C, same carb. Unless they just shared the IPL which was common enough and you had to physically dig through them to find the differences.

I have an older 325 trimmer. It has good compression, but it's a pain to keep running consistently (carb issues). I'll give it to you if you want it.
