I've had 2 saws in my shop with the insulator's broke loose on champion spark plugs
And have heard from a few shops they've had saws in with the same problem.
Denso is all I use
Ngk sucks just like champion now.

low quality control ? I use only denso and ngk.... made in japan.
Even NGK are losing some of their there quality, not like the old stuff, I’ve been going to Denso more often lately, I like them ,Yup someone in the QC department was on break,

I use Bosch as I guy I know travelled selling them and when finnished up with
them he still had a heap of stock left so brought a heap of him. But as far as champion
go they have the 5 letter word on them (china) and once they started being built there
have progressively got worse. I have never seen two yet come out of the packet
set at 20 thou and a prone to the insulators falling off. And yes NGK plugs are not
what they used to be either. Nikkon Denso have always been good plugs but we
struggle to get them here in New Zealand.
