Just curious if anyone has one or seen one of these deep fryers? A friend has one and it seems to be a very nice set up. Great for camping too.

Just looking for some feed back as I plan on buying one tonight unless I hear negative reviews

Seen 'em demonstrated at sportsman shows, etc.

Of course, those guys are good: they make everything look easy, and like the last thing you will ever need to buy.

So far I have done tater tots and homemade chicken strips and walleye and tater tots. I'm very pleased with it so far. Clean up is a breeze. We are planning a BBQ over memorial weekend and will have the grill going as well as 1 if not 2 fryin saucers going. Looking like we are doing burgers and fries and possibly cheese curds and maybe some other fryable items.

Best things to deep fry are bacon and jalapeno cheddar brats!!!! And well, like a billion other things... but those are two of my faves :)

Slightly off topic, because it involves a regular portable deep fryer and not a frying saucer.... buuttt, we normally deep fry a turkey while camping on the 4th of july every year and i am the king of throwing in random stuff to see how good it will turn out. A few pounds of bacon and a big ol turkey at the same time makes for a delishious turkey!!! And snacking on all the bacon while waiting for the bird is great!! Haha
