Probably the best echo saw available up to a 28" bar. After that the 800 will pull ahead. 680 may be about the same with a 24" But with more weight.

Welcome to ope.

Utah, unfortunately.....
Just my opinion, and I work for two different stores. One is a "retailer" and sells Stihl exclusively, and the other is a former independent Stihl dealer, that now sells Husqvarna and Echo. I would take a CS620P over a MS362C or 562XP every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

Then I would take the $200 I saved, and buy my wife something nice, and take her out to dinner.

The only Echo I have any real experience with is a 3400. It is as reliable as the sun coming up in the east. Two weeks ago I fired it up after sitting for 6-8 months pushed the purge bulb and pulled the string twice on choke and third pull it was running and I didn't even cut my hand on the plastics.
