What are the odds of buying a new old stock at the dealer 550xpg 2015 model and having issues with that old bogger carb? It's real hard to find pro saws around my area now, beings that some major saw shops have gone under. On top of that the pro saws are backordered.
It would be interesting to see how husqvarna would deal with a new problem child when all my local dealers don't work on autotune saws, nor do they have software to hook up to them.

If its Dec 2015 it should be good. I think they had the bugs worked out then. I had a 550 it was a good saw

I believe a lot of bog issues can be fixed as well by decreasing the pop off pressure.

Either way you look at it, buy it or don't, Internet and mail service makes it a much smaller problem.

Most require a new carb. A 2015 model is a definite pass, unless you can pick it up for $150.00 or so, not worth the potential headache.
