Just buy the husky splitter, about 80.00 on HL supply, works on most Stihl, husky saws, not all but most popular pro saws.

I just saw a kit on eBay, you would need a welder though.

Heat and a soft hammer. What tools and skill level do you possess ?. I personally could not use that "husky" type splitter on my 066 cases as the fingers were not wide enough to spread over the crank. Guys said a little bending would fix that but I chose "other" methods. I also have a drawing of the "Sithl " style splitter if you have a welder and cutting tools to replicate.....

But....heat and hammer will work.
